The only reason we have our beautiful home in this wild market is because of Darlene. She is so kind personally but can play hardball with the best of them. Darlene recommended a reasonable listing price based on our goals (sell quickly!). She reviewed the neighborhood's inventory and recent sales and was able to justify the price she was proposing. And she was right! Our home had significant traffic and many showings the first weekend.When our first deal fell through, she had another offer within a day. When that deal fell through , she reached out to all of our cancelled showings, rescheduled many, and we had another offer within a few days. She provided significant support over the course of the next month - recommending an attorney, scheduling inspections, etc, and we even closed a few days earlier than planned. Darlene also was the agent for the purchase of our new house. She showed us the houses we asked to see, but also made good suggestions based on our needs/wants.
